ISLAMABAD: Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan will inaugurate Online Complaint Management and Feedback System of NADRA here on Thursday.
According to Interior Ministry, the system will allow any NADRA applicant to register a complaint against a NADRA employee who may have treated the applicant in an unprofessional or discourteous manner. At the inauguration, NADRA will show a demonstration in which an applicant’s tracking ID would be entered and the system will automatically display the list of all NADRA employees that applicant had encountered at each stage respectively.
We will select an employee and register the complaint. The complaint will automatically trigger a penalty in the employee’s performance-based incentive amount, a ministry spokesman said. The minister had said that he would soon be announcing penalties for discourtesy and misbehavior.
